The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy Note 4's general score of 81.6. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has newer 13 version and Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0 version, so it provides the user some additional features. Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is incredibly newer than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, it's way heavier and just a little bit thicker.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little faster processor than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a higher amount of RAM. Galaxy Note 4 features a little bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a bit worse 2560 x 1440 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per screen inch.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes way better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has a much bigger sensor shooting lot better quality photos and videos, a bigger aperture, a lot higher 108 mega pixels resolution camera in the back and a way higher video resolution. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a very superior memory capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has 96 GB more internal storage capacity and a SD card slot that holds up to 1000 GB.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 4, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy Note 4. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, giving up a couple features and specs.
