Galaxy S21 has a score of 91.8, which is much better than Galaxy Note 4's general score of 81.6. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S21 has newer 11 version and Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0. Galaxy S21's design is noticeably newer, just a bit thinner and just a little bit lighter than Galaxy Note 4.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 features just a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy S21, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a little more pixels per display inch. Galaxy S21 has a much greater memory to install applications and games than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
Samsung Galaxy S21 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with 4 more processing cores and a larger amount of RAM memory. Galaxy S21 counts with longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3220mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 has just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a camera in the back with a much worse 12 megapixels resolution, it also counts with a lot higher video definition, a larger aperture for better low-light photos and a much larger back camera sensor capturing much higher quality videos and photographs.
Although Samsung Galaxy S21 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy Note 4. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
