The Galaxy Note 4 is slightly better than the Galaxy S23, with a general score of 81.6 against 77.9. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 4 has an older 5.0 version while Galaxy S23 has Android 13.
