Galaxy S6 has a score of 83.5, which is a bit better than the Galaxy Note 4's general score of 81.6. These phones include the same Android 5.0 OS, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding that. The Galaxy S6 is a thinner and much lighter phone than Galaxy Note 4, even though both were released with only 7 months difference.
Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also has a 64 bits processor, a better graphics co-processor working at 650 megahertz and more cpu cores.
