Comparison review
Galaxy Note 4 has a global score of 81.6, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active's score of 80.9. Both phones in this review work with the same Android 5.0 OS. Samsung Galaxy S6 Active counts with a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active also has a larger number of cores , a better 650 megahertz graphics processing unit and a 64 bits processor.
Galaxy S6 Active features a bit sharper display than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 2560 x 1440, the Galaxy S6 Active also counts with a just a little better pixels amount in each inch of display. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with a very superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S6 Active. They have the same 32 GB internal storage.
The Galaxy Note 4 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for capturing images or video in low light environments, they both have the same video frame rates, a 0.38 inches back-facing camera sensor, the same video quality and a back-facing camera with a 16 megapixels.
The Galaxy S6 Active has a bit better battery performance than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 9 percent more battery size.
Although Galaxy Note 4 is a better device, it costs a little more money than the Galaxy S6 Active, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S6 Active. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy S6 Active, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
