Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is just a bit better than the Galaxy S7, getting a general score of 81.6 against 79.5. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a better phone than the Galaxy S7, we must highlight that it's also older, a little thicker and heavier. The Galaxy S7 features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 1440 x 2560 resolution, the Galaxy S7 also counts with a little higher screen density.

The Galaxy Note 4 counts with a bit faster CPU than Galaxy S7, because although it has less RAM, and they both have 4 cores, the Galaxy Note 4 also counts with an extra graphics processor. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Galaxy S7, because although it has a much tinier aperture which is not nice for low light captures and videos and a tinier back-facing camera sensor capturing worse quality photographs, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 also counts with a lot higher resolution camera.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 counts with a bit bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S7 also has an external memory slot that admits up to 200 GB. Galaxy Note 4 features a little longer battery duration than Galaxy S7, because it has a 3220mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.

Although Galaxy Note 4 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S7. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy S7, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most with your savings.
