The Galaxy Z Flip has a general score of 88.5, which is slightly better than Galaxy Note 4's 81.6 overall score. These devices have Android operating system, but Galaxy Z Flip has 12 version and Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0, so it gives you a couple additional features and increased performance. The Galaxy Z Flip design is notably newer and somewhat thinner than the Galaxy Note 4's, but it is also a little bit heavier.
The Galaxy Z Flip features just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and more CPU cores. The Galaxy Note 4 has a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a quite better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a little greater pixel count in each inch of screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 video definition and a back-facing camera with a much worse resolution, it also counts with a larger camera aperture to take better low-light photography and a larger sensor. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Galaxy Note 4, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
