Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a global score of 94.6, which is better than the Galaxy Note 4's global score of 81.6. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Z Fold 2 has 11 version while Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0. Galaxy Z Fold 2's construction is notably newer and thinner, but also way heavier than the Galaxy Note 4.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a brighter screen than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a way smaller screen and a quite lower 2560 x 1440 resolution, it also counts with a better display density. Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a bit superior CPU than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with more CPU cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a slightly better camera than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a worse video quality and a way worse resolution back camera, it also counts with a much larger sensor capturing much better quality videos and photos and a larger camera aperture for better captures in low light environments.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 has much more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 224 GB more internal memory. Although Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Note 4. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Note 4, resigning a couple features and specs.
