The Xperia 1 III counts with a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with 4 more CPU cores and a greater amount of RAM.

Sony Xperia 1 III captures just a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a lower video quality and a back-facing camera with a lot lower resolution, it also counts with a lot bigger aperture to capture better photos and video in poorly lited environments and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
