Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is slightly better than the Sony Xperia Z4v, with a global score of 81.6 against 78.8. Samsung Galaxy Note 4's construction is just a bit thinner than the Sony Xperia Z4v, although it's a bit heavier and was released about 10 months before. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has the older 5.0 version while Sony Xperia Z4v has Android 5.1.
Xperia Z4v has a little more vivid display than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Xperia Z4v also counts with a just a little more pixels per display inch. Sony Xperia Z4v counts with as much storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as Samsung Galaxy Note 4, both of them have exactly the same internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 128 GB.
The Galaxy Note 4 has a bit better processor than Sony Xperia Z4v, although it has an inferior number of cores (although faster) and a slower GPU running at 500 megahertz, they both have the same RAM memory amount. Galaxy Note 4 features a bit longer battery performance than Xperia Z4v, because it has a 3220mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.
The Xperia Z4v takes slightly better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Xperia Z4v also has a bigger aperture for better photos and video in low light environments, a larger back-facing camera sensor taking higher quality pictures and a lot better resolution back-facing camera.
The Galaxy Note 4 is a little more expensive than Sony Xperia Z4v, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
