The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a general score of 81.6, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus's score of 78.1. Even being the best in this comparison review, Samsung Galaxy Note 4's construction is older, a little thicker and just a bit heavier than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus. Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has the older 5.0 version while Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Galaxy Note 4 counts with a little faster CPU than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Galaxy Note 4 also counts with an extra GPU. The Galaxy Note 4 has a brighter display than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Galaxy Note 4 also has a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a higher pixels density.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 takes a little bit better photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking higher quality photos and videos and a more mega-pixels back-facing camera.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus features longer battery duration than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 3800mAh battery capacity against 3220mAh.
