Xiaomi Mi 8 has an overall score of 83.3, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note 4's 81.6 global score. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Mi 8 has a more recent 10 version while Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0 version, counting with a couple nice extra features and performance enhancements. The Xiaomi Mi 8 is a notably newer device, and it's also a little bit lighter and just a little thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
Galaxy Note 4 features a better screen than Xiaomi Mi 8, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a higher amount of pixels per display inch. Xiaomi Mi 8 features much more memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage.
