Comparison review
Galaxy Note 4 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, with a global score of 81.6 against 75.8. Even though Galaxy Note 4 is noticeably older and a little thicker than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, it's construction is still a bit lighter. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note 4 has an older 5.0 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Galaxy Note 4 features a little bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and less cpu cores , it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. Galaxy Note 4 has a better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per display inch and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with a superior camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 also has a lot better 16 mega-pixels resolution camera and a way higher (4K) video resolution. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro counts with a much bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 128 GB, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro also has 64 GB internal storage capacity.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has improved battery duration than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3220mAh.
