IPhone XS is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, with a global score of 84.2 against 79.3. The iPhone XS is a a little bit heavier cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, but both are equally thin. The iPhone XS features a way better processing power than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the iPhone XS also has a 64-bit CPU and 5 more cores.

The Galaxy Note 5 features a little bit better display than iPhone XS, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a quite better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a little bit greater pixels quantity in each inch in the screen. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and iPhone XS count with similar memory capacity to store more apps and games, they have equal internal storage.

The iPhone XS features a slightly better camera than Galaxy Note 5, because although it has a worse video quality and a way less megapixels resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a bigger aperture and a larger back camera sensor providing a better image quality. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 counts with just a little better battery lifetime than Apple iPhone XS, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity instead of 2659mAh.

Although iPhone XS is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy Note 5, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Note 5. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the iPhone XS, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy Note 5, resigning a couple specs and features.
