The Google Pixel 3 XL is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, with a score of 80.7 against 79.3. The Google Pixel 3 XL design is noticeably newer than the Samsung Galaxy Note 5's, but it is a little thicker and a little heavier. The Google Pixel 3 XL has a better processing power than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Google Pixel 3 XL also has a higher number of cores.

The Galaxy Note 5 features a bit better looking screen than Google Pixel 3 XL, although it has a bit smaller screen, a quite lower 2560 x 1440px resolution and a quite worse pixels number in each inch in the screen. The Galaxy Note 5 shoots a bit better photos and videos than Google Pixel 3 XL, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography and a smaller camera sensor capturing less light and washed colors, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels.

Google Pixel 3 XL and Samsung Galaxy Note 5 count with very similar memory capacity to store more apps and games, they have the same internal storage. Google Pixel 3 XL counts with just a bit longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has a 3430mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh.

Even being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Google Pixel 3 XL is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
