The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 features a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low-light captures and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back facing camera with way more mega pixels.

Although Galaxy Note 5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Huawei Mate 10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei Mate 10. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Galaxy Note 5, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Huawei Mate 10, giving up a couple features and specifications.
