Comparison review
Huawei Mate 20 is a bit better than the Galaxy Note 5, with a 79.5 score against 79.3. Huawei Mate 20 is a much newer phone than Galaxy Note 5, but it's just a little bit heavier and a bit thicker. These devices work with Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 20 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy Note 5 has Android 5.1, so it provides you a couple additional features.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a bit sharper screen than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better pixels density and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Huawei Mate 20 counts with a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has more internal storage capacity.
The Huawei Mate 20 features a better hardware performance than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Huawei Mate 20 also has a larger number of cores. Huawei Mate 20 features a camera that is just as good as the Galaxy Note 5 one, because although the Huawei Mate 20 has a way less megapixels resolution back camera and a lower video quality, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture and a larger sensor which provides a better photo and video quality.
The Huawei Mate 20 has longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although Huawei Mate 20 is a better device, it is more expensive than the Galaxy Note 5, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Note 5. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Huawei Mate 20, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Note 5, giving up some features and specs.
