Comparison review
Huawei P30 has a general score of 81.7, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Note 5's general score of 79.3. The Huawei P30 design has the same thickness than the Galaxy Note 5, but it's just a little lighter. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P30 has a newer 10 version and Galaxy Note 5 has Android 5.1, counting with lots of additional features.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a brighter display than Huawei P30, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a little bit greater pixel count per inch in the display. The Huawei P30 features a faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has a greater number of cores and 2 GB more RAM.
The Huawei P30 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Huawei P30 also has a bigger camera aperture to take better photography in low light environments, a much larger sensor and a back camera with a way higher 40 MP resolution.
Huawei P30 has a much better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. Huawei P30 counts with longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has a 22 percent more battery size.
Although Huawei P30 is a better device, it is more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Huawei P30, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, giving up a couple specs and features.
