Comparison review

The Galaxy Note 5 has a global score of 79.3, which is a bit better than LG V10's general score of 78.6. The Galaxy Note 5 construction is thinner and somewhat lighter than the LG V10, although they were released only a couple months apart. Both of these phones include the same Android 5.1 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding OS features.

LG V10 and Galaxy Note 5 count with very similar screens, they have the same display density, the same 2560 x 1440 resolution and a same size screen. The LG V10 has a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the LG V10 also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 counts with a bit better CPU than LG V10. They have a 4 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. LG V10 has a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same resolution camera in the back, the same (4K) video quality and a same size camera sensor, the LG V10 also has a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better captures and video in low-light environments and higher 120 frames per second video frame rates.

LG V10 counts with a battery life that is just as good as the battery duration in Samsung Galaxy Note 5.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the LG V10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG V10. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the LG V10, letting go a couple specs and features.
