Nokia 8 V 5G UW is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, having an 80.3 score against 79.3. These phones come with Android OS, but Nokia 8 V 5G UW has a newer 10 version and Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has Android 5.1 version. Even though the Nokia 8 V 5G UW is way newer than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, it is thicker and incredibly heavier.

The Nokia 8 V 5G UW features a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy Note 5, because it has 7 more cpu cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Note 5 has a sharper display than Nokia 8 V 5G UW, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixel count in each inch in the display and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px.

Nokia 8 V 5G UW counts with a much better memory for games and applications than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Nokia 8 V 5G UW also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. Nokia 8 V 5G UW features a much better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has a 50% greater battery size.

The Nokia 8 V 5G UW features a greater camera than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Nokia 8 V 5G UW also has better 60 fps video frame rate, a way larger sensor which gives a lot better image and video quality, a way more mega pixels back-facing camera and a bigger camera aperture.

Although Nokia 8 V 5G UW is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy Note 5, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Note 5. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy Note 5, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your money.
