The Galaxy Note10 has a global score of 89, which is better than Galaxy Note 5's 79.3 general score. Even though Galaxy Note10 is just a little thicker than Galaxy Note 5, it's a little bit lighter and notably newer. The Galaxy Note10 features a superior processing power than Galaxy Note 5, because it has a larger number of cores and more RAM.

The Galaxy Note 5 has a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy Note10, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440px resolution and a better screen density. The Samsung Galaxy Note10 counts with a bit better camera than Galaxy Note 5, because although it has a lower (4K) video resolution and a back facing camera with lot less mega pixels, it also counts with a way bigger camera aperture and a bigger sensor which provides a higher photo and video quality.

The Samsung Galaxy Note10 features a lot bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has more internal memory. The Galaxy Note10 has a little longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Note10 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy Note 5, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Note 5. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy Note10, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Note 5, giving up a couple specs and features.
