Comparison review

The Galaxy S8 has a global score of 81.7, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Note 5's 79.3 overall score. The Galaxy S8 construction is newer and a little lighter than the Galaxy Note 5's, although it is a little bit thicker. Galaxy Note 5 features a bit sharper screen than Galaxy S8, although it has a quite smaller display, a little bit worse resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a bit lower pixels number per screen inch.

The Galaxy S8 features a lot bigger memory to install applications and games than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy S8 also has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 256 GB. The Samsung Galaxy S8 counts with a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy S8 also has a higher number of cores.

Galaxy S8's battery life is very similar to the battery life in Samsung Galaxy Note 5. The Galaxy Note 5 features a little bit better camera than Galaxy S8, because although it has a smaller sensor taking less light and washed colors and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for low light images, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a back facing camera with a much better 16 mega-pixels resolution.

Even being the best phone in our comparison, Galaxy S8 is also very cheap compared to the other ones, making buying this phone an easy decision.
