The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, having a 79.3 score against 78.1. Both phones in this review include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has the previous 5.1 version and Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 has Android 11 version. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is an a lot older device than the Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, but Samsung made it thinner and a bit lighter anyway.
The Galaxy XCover 5 features a bit better processing power than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Galaxy XCover 5 also has a larger number of cores. Galaxy Note 5 counts with a much sharper display than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a much better 2560 x 1440 resolution, a quite larger display and a lot better amount of pixels per display inch.
Galaxy Note 5 captures just a bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have a back facing camera with a 16 mega pixels resolution, the Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality. The Galaxy XCover 5 has a superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Galaxy XCover 5 also has a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
The Galaxy XCover 5's battery lifetime is just as good as Galaxy Note 5's battery life.
