Comparison review

Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a little bit better than Galaxy Note 5, with an 80.1 score against 79.3. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro body is way newer, but much heavier and thicker than Galaxy Note 5. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy Note 5 has Android 5.1.

Galaxy Note 5 counts with a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a bit inferior quantity of pixels per screen inch, and they both have an equal resolution of 2560 x 1440px, the Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a little larger display. Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a much better storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 512 GB.

Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a superior hardware performance than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Galaxy XCover FieldPro also has 7 more CPU cores. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a way smaller aperture and a tinier back camera sensor, it also counts with a way higher video quality and a much higher resolution back-facing camera.

Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a much longer battery life than Galaxy Note 5, because it has a 50 percent larger battery capacity.

Although Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy Note 5. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy XCover FieldPro, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, resigning some specifications.
