Comparison review

The Xperia 1 III is much better than the Galaxy Note 5, with a 93.3 score against 79.3. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 1 III has 11 version and Galaxy Note 5 has Android 5.1, so it offers a lot of extra features and increased performance. Although the Xperia 1 III is noticeably newer than the Galaxy Note 5, it is a bit thicker and just a little heavier.

Xperia 1 III features a quite better performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has a greater amount of RAM memory and 7 more CPU cores. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 features a bit better looking screen than Sony Xperia 1 III, although it has a way worse resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, a little lower pixel count in each inch of display and a quite smaller display.

The Xperia 1 III counts with much more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note 5, because it has more internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that admits up to 1 TB. Xperia 1 III has a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because although it has a way less MP back facing camera and a lower video quality, it also counts with a much larger sensor providing a much higher image quality and a larger aperture to take better images in low-light environments.

The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a much longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.

Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Note 5, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Note 5. If you want to save some money, you can buy the Galaxy Note 5, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
