Comparison review

The Xperia 10 III has a global score of 83.7, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note 5's general score of 79.3. The Xperia 10 III design is newer and just a little lighter than Galaxy Note 5's, but it is a bit thicker. Both phones in our current comparison have Android operating system, but the Xperia 10 III has the newer 11 version and Galaxy Note 5 has Android 5.1, so it offers a couple nice extra features and performance improvements.

Galaxy Note 5 has a sharper display than Xperia 10 III, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a quite higher pixels count in each inch of screen. The Sony Xperia 10 III counts with a much better memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB and 64 GB more internal storage.

The Xperia 10 III has a bit better processor than Galaxy Note 5, because it has a larger amount of RAM and more CPU cores. Galaxy Note 5 captures just a bit better photographs and videos than Xperia 10 III, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for taking images and/or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a lot more megapixels camera and a bigger sensor providing a better image quality.

The Sony Xperia 10 III counts with a way better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has a 50% bigger battery size.
