Comparison review
The Galaxy Note 5 is slightly better than the Xiaomi 12X, having a global score of 79.3 against 77.8. Despite of the fact that Galaxy Note 5 is noticeably older than the Xiaomi 12X, it's construction is just a little bit lighter and a little thinner. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS, but Galaxy Note 5 has an older 5.1 version and Xiaomi 12X has Android 11.
The Galaxy Note 5 features a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi 12X, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit better pixel quantity in each display inch and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px. The Xiaomi 12X has a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note 5, because it has more internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 counts with a much better hardware performance than Xiaomi 12X, although it has 4 GB less RAM memory and an inferior number of cores (although faster). Xiaomi 12X counts with a way better battery performance than Galaxy Note 5, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity. The Xiaomi 12X has a better camera than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have a F1.9 aperture, the Xiaomi 12X also has a back-facing camera with much more mega-pixels and a much higher video definition.
