Xiaomi 14 has an overall score of 79.4, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note 5's 79.3 score. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi 14 has a more recent 14 version while Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has Android 5.1. The Xiaomi 14 body is a lot newer, but just a little heavier and a bit thicker than Samsung Galaxy Note 5.
