Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, having a overall score of 79.3 against 75.7. These phones work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has an older 5.1 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12. Despite of the fact that the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is incredibly older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, it's construction is a little lighter and a little bit thinner.
The Galaxy Note 5 features just a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixels amount in each screen inch and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 counts with a very superior processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, although it has 7 lesser cpu cores (although faster) and a smaller amount of RAM.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro counts with a much better camera than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition, the same video frame rates and a F1.9 camera aperture, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also has a much larger camera sensor and a back facing camera with a much higher resolution.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Note 5, because it has 64 GB more internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 5, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
