Comparison review

The LG G8 ThinQ is slightly better than Galaxy Note Edge, getting an 84.3 score against 81.7. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the LG G8 ThinQ has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy Note Edge has Android 5.0, offering some nice extra features. LG G8 ThinQ's construction has the same thickness than the Galaxy Note Edge, but it is a little bit lighter.

The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with more RAM and more CPU cores. Galaxy Note Edge features a bit sharper screen than LG G8 ThinQ, although it has a quite inferior quantity of pixels per screen inch, a little smaller display and a quite lower 2560 x 1440 resolution.

The LG G8 ThinQ takes slightly better videos and photos than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 video quality and a camera with way less megapixels, and they both have a 0.38 inches camera sensor, the LG G8 ThinQ also counts with a lot larger aperture for better low light photos.

The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a way bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB and 96 GB more internal storage capacity. LG G8 ThinQ features just a little bit longer battery performance than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 17% bigger battery capacity.

Despite of being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, the LG G8 ThinQ is also cheaper.
