The Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is a bit better than LG V40 ThinQ's 81.2 global score. Galaxy Note Edge's construction is older, just a little heavier and just a little bit thicker than LG V40 ThinQ. These devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note Edge has the previous 5.0 version while LG V40 ThinQ has Android 10.

The Galaxy Note Edge features a bit sharper screen than LG V40 ThinQ, although it has a little bit smaller display, a bit lower screen pixels density and a bit lower 2560 x 1440px resolution. The LG V40 ThinQ has a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores and a greater amount of RAM.

LG V40 ThinQ takes clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has a lower (4K) video definition and a back camera with much less megapixels resolution, and they both have the same sensor size, the LG V40 ThinQ also counts with a much bigger aperture to take better low-light photography and videos.

LG V40 ThinQ counts with a much greater storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1,95 TB and 64 GB internal memory capacity. LG V40 ThinQ counts with a bit superior battery performance than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 10 percent bigger battery size.

Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it costs more money than LG V40 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG V40 ThinQ. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Note Edge, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the LG V40 ThinQ, giving up some features and specifications.
