Comparison review
The Apple iPhone 8 Plus is slightly better than the Galaxy Note Fan Edition, with a score of 87.1 against 80.4. Although Apple iPhone 8 Plus and the Galaxy Note Fan Edition were released with only 3 months difference, Apple iPhone 8 Plus's construction is heavier but also a little thinner. Apple iPhone 8 Plus counts with a screen that's very similar to the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition one, although the Apple iPhone 8 Plus has a little smaller screen, a quite lower pixel density and a way worse 1080 x 1920px resolution.
The iPhone 8 Plus features a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has lesser RAM memory and less processing cores , it also counts with a 64 bits CPU. IPhone 8 Plus counts with a much better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition has superior battery lifetime than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has a 19 percent more battery capacity. Apple iPhone 8 Plus captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor shooting worse quality videos and photographs and a smaller aperture which is not good for low light captures, and they both have the same resolution back-facing camera and the same video quality, the Apple iPhone 8 Plus also counts with faster video frame rate.
IPhone 8 Plus is way more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
