Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a score of 80.4, which is a bit better than HTC One M9's 77.7 global score. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is just a little heavier than HTC One M9, it's somewhat thinner and also noticeably newer. The HTC One M9 has a bit better looking display than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, although it has a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px, a little bit less pixels per display inch and a little bit smaller display.
The Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a lot bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than HTC One M9, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 256 GB and 64 GB internal memory. The HTC One M9 has a bit faster processor than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bits processing unit and an extra graphics processing unit.
Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a bit longer battery performance than HTC One M9, because it has a 13 percent bigger battery size. The HTC One M9 has a slightly better camera than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a way smaller aperture which is not nice for taking photos or video in low-light environments, and they both have the same video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the HTC One M9 also counts with a camera with way more mega pixels and a bigger sensor.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC One M9. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, otherwise you can save some money and buy the HTC One M9, resigning a couple features and specs.
