Comparison review
The Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a general score of 80.4, which is just a bit better than the LG V10's 78.6 global score. Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a newer device, and it is also lighter and just a bit thinner than LG V10. The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a faster processing unit than LG V10, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition also has a higher number of faster cores.
LG V10 has a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition. Both of them have a better pixels count per inch in the display, exactly the same resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a screen with the same size. The LG V10 has a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have the same internal storage, the LG V10 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The LG V10 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for low-light images and a tinier back camera sensor providing a lower image quality, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the LG V10 also counts with a back-facing camera with a lot better resolution and higher 120 fps video frame rate.
Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition has just a bit longer battery lifetime than LG V10, because it has a 7% greater battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG V10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG V10. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Note Fan Edition, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the LG V10, giving up a couple features and specifications.
