Motorola razr (2020) is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, with an 87 score against 80.4. Motorola razr (2020)'s design has the same thickness than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, but it's somewhat heavier. The Motorola razr (2020) features a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Motorola razr (2020) also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a little more vivid display than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a better count of pixels per inch in the display. Motorola razr (2020) shoots a lot better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have the same aperture, the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Motorola razr (2020) also has a larger sensor capturing better quality photographs and videos and a lot more megapixels back-facing camera.
The Motorola razr (2020) has a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. The Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a bit longer battery lifetime than Motorola razr (2020), because it has a 3200mAh battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.
Although Motorola razr (2020) is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Motorola razr (2020), otherwise you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, resigning a couple specs and features.
