The Samsung Galaxy Fold has an overall score of 97.6, which is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition's 80.4 global score. The Samsung Galaxy Fold body is a lot newer and somewhat thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition's, although it is also way heavier. The Galaxy Note Fan Edition counts with a bit better looking display than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixels density and a slightly better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution.
Galaxy Fold counts with a bit better processing power than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy Fold also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Galaxy Fold takes clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor which offers a lower photo and video quality, and they both have a 12 MP resolution back camera and the same (4K) video definition, the Galaxy Fold also counts with higher 60 frames per second video frame rates and a larger aperture to capture better photos and videos in low light situations.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold features a lot bigger storage to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Galaxy Fold features a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because it has 4380mAh of battery capacity against 3200mAh.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Note Fan Edition. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Fold, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Note Fan Edition, resigning some specs and features.
