Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a general score of 80.4, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Note3's overall score of 77.7. Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a much newer device, and it is also just a bit thinner and just a little lighter than the Galaxy Note3. Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a bit better looking display than Galaxy Note3, and although they both have a same size screen, the Galaxy Note Fan Edition also has a better count of pixels per display inch and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Note3, because it has a greater number of 2.3 GHz cores and a greater amount of RAM. The Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a better storage for apps and games than Galaxy Note3, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Note Fan Edition also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 256 GB.
The Galaxy Note3's camera is just as good as the Galaxy Note Fan Edition one, because although the Galaxy Note3 has a lot tinier aperture which is not nice for capturing pictures and/or video in poorly lited environments and a smaller back-facing camera sensor capturing lower quality videos and images, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, it also counts with a back facing camera with more mega-pixels.
Galaxy Note3 and Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition have very similar batteries.
