Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a bit better than the Galaxy S5 Sport, having a global score of 80.4 against 77.8. Although Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a little bit heavier than the Galaxy S5 Sport, it's somewhat thinner and extremely newer. Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport counts with a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, although it has a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a quite smaller screen and a little less pixels per screen inch.
Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 256 GB and 48 GB more internal memory capacity. The Galaxy S5 Sport features a bit superior processor than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and 4 less CPU cores , it also counts with a graphics processing unit.
Galaxy Note Fan Edition counts with just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a 14% bigger battery size. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport features a bit better camera than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a way smaller camera aperture which is not good for low light images and video and a smaller sensor capturing worse quality images, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport also counts with a back facing camera with lot more mega pixels.
Although Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy S5 Sport, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S5 Sport. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy S5 Sport, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
