Comparison review
The Galaxy S9 is just a bit better than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, getting an 83.3 score against 80.4. Even though Galaxy S9 and Galaxy Note Fan Edition were only released with a few months difference, Galaxy S9's design is a little bit thicker but just a little lighter than Galaxy Note Fan Edition.
Samsung Galaxy S9 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy Note Fan Edition. They have a 4 GB RAM and the same number of cores. The Galaxy S9 counts with a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because it has a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 2960, a little larger display and a little bit better display pixel density.
Samsung Galaxy S9 has a slightly bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy S9 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 400 GB.
Galaxy S9 captures a little bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a smaller sensor, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a same resolution back facing camera, the Galaxy S9 also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture and higher video frame rates.
Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a little longer battery duration than Galaxy S9, because it has a 7% larger battery size.
