The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, having an 82.2 score against 80.4. Even though the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is newer than the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, it's a lot thicker and notably heavier. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium features a way better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because it has a quite bigger screen, a much higher 2160 x 3840 resolution and more pixels per inch of display.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium features a slightly better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 400 GB. The Xperia XZ2 Premium has just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has 2 GB more RAM.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium takes a little bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same video frame rates, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium also counts with a camera with a way higher resolution and a bigger sensor shooting higher quality photos.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a little longer battery life than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because it has an 11% larger battery capacity.
Although Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Note Fan Edition.
