Comparison review
The Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a global score of 80.4, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi 6's 76.5 overall score. Although the Galaxy Note Fan Edition and Xiaomi Mi 6 were released only 2 months apart, the Galaxy Note Fan Edition design is a little lighter but a bit thicker. Xiaomi Mi 6 features a bit faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Mi 6 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 features a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, although it has a little bit smaller display, a little bit less pixels per inch of display and a way worse resolution of 1080 x 1920px. The Xiaomi Mi 6 shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, although it has a smaller camera aperture and a tinier sensor capturing worse quality videos and pictures, they both have a camera with a 12 mega-pixels, the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates.
Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a slightly bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD card slot that holds up to 256 GB. Xiaomi Mi 6 has just a bit better battery duration than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because it has a 5% bigger battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi Mi 6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Mi 6. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, else you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi 6, letting go some features and specs.
