Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, having a score of 80.4 against 75.9. The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition construction is older, a bit heavier and just a little bit thicker than the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE. The Xiaomi Mi 8 SE's processing unit is just as good as the Galaxy Note Fan Edition one, and although the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE has a greater amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 SE features a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a little bit inferior pixel quantity per inch of screen and a bit worse 1080 x 2244 pixels resolution, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen. The Xiaomi Mi 8 SE has a little bit better camera than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not good for taking photos and videos in low light environments and a smaller camera sensor, they both have a same resolution camera, the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
Galaxy Note Fan Edition features much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Galaxy Note Fan Edition also has a SD card slot that admits up to 256 GB. Galaxy Note Fan Edition features just a bit better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, because it has a 3% bigger battery size.
