Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s is a little bit better than the Galaxy Note Fan Edition, getting a general score of 83.8 against 80.4. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s is a newer cellphone than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, although it's heavier and a little thicker. Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s has a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s also has a larger amount of RAM. Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s has much more storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal storage.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s counts with a little longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because it has a 6% bigger battery size. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s shoots just a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for shooting pictures and video in low-light situations and a smaller sensor shooting worse quality images and videos, they both have the same (4K) video resolution, a same resolution camera and the same 30 fps video frame rates.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s costs a bit more money than the Galaxy Note Fan Edition, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
