Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, getting a overall score of 83.8 against 80.4. Xiaomi Mi Mix 3's construction is newer, but incredibly heavier and a bit thicker than the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition. The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition and the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 both feature really similar screens, because although the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 has a bit lower pixels density and a little lower 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a bit bigger screen. Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 captures just a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a tinier camera sensor and a smaller camera aperture which is not good for low-light photos and videos, and they both have the same video quality, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 also counts with a more megapixels camera in the back and better 60 frames per second video frame rates.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 features a superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 has a battery lifetime that is just as good as the battery lifetime in Galaxy Note Fan Edition.
