Comparison review
The Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a score of 80.4, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Poco M3's global score of 78.2. The Galaxy Note Fan Edition construction is thinner and lighter than Xiaomi Poco M3, although it was released 3 years before. The Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a little bit better performance than Xiaomi Poco M3. They have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores.
The Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a greater screen pixels density and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution. The Xiaomi Poco M3 features a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for taking photos or video in low-light environments, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also counts with a larger sensor providing a higher image quality and a lot more mega pixels back camera.
Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a bit more memory to install games and applications than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a much longer battery life than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 3200mAh.
Although Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Poco M3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Poco M3. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy the Xiaomi Poco M3, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
