Google Pixel 3a has an overall score of 78.8, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note II's 71.9 score. The Google Pixel 3a construction is a lot newer, somewhat lighter and thinner than the Galaxy Note II. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but Google Pixel 3a has an older 11 version and Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2.

Google Pixel 3a takes way better photos and videos than Galaxy Note II, because it has a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels and a way higher (4K) video resolution.
