Galaxy Note 3 has a score of 80.7, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Note II's global score of 71.9. These phones use Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 3 has a more recent 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2 version. The Galaxy Note 3 construction is newer, somewhat thinner and a little bit lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Note II.

The Galaxy Note 3 has a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a much higher resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, more pixels per inch of display and a little larger display. Galaxy Note 3's processor is very similar to the CPU in Galaxy Note II, because although the Galaxy Note 3 has a worse graphics co-processor, it also counts with more RAM memory and a larger number of cores.

Galaxy Note 3 has much more memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note II, and although they both have a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 64 GB, the Galaxy Note 3 also has 64 GB internal memory capacity. The Galaxy Note 3 has a lot better camera than Galaxy Note II, because it has a back camera with much more MP and a lot better (4K) video resolution.

Galaxy Note 3 has just a little better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity.

The Galaxy Note 3 is a little more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Note II, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
