Galaxy Note 3 has a score of 80.7, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Note II's global score of 71.9. These phones use Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 3 has a more recent 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2 version. The Galaxy Note 3 construction is newer, somewhat thinner and a little bit lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Note II.
