Samsung Galaxy S7 has a general score of 79.5, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Note II's 74.8 general score. Samsung Galaxy S7 is a a lot newer phone, and it is also thinner and lighter than the Galaxy Note II. Samsung Galaxy Note II counts with a little faster processor than Galaxy S7, because although it has less RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy Note II also counts with an additional graphics processor.

Samsung Galaxy S7 features a much more vibrant display than Galaxy Note II, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a lot more pixels per display inch. The Samsung Galaxy Note II features a better memory to install applications and games than Galaxy S7, because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 64 GB against 200 GB, it also counts with 32 GB more internal storage.

Galaxy S7 has a very superior camera than Galaxy Note II, because it has a back camera with way more mega-pixels and a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality. The Samsung Galaxy Note II has just a bit better battery performance than Galaxy S7, because it has a 3 percent larger battery size.

Despite of being the best phone in our comparison, Galaxy S7 is also a lot cheaper.
