The Samsung Galaxy S5 has an overall score of 77.7, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note II's overall score of 71.9. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S5 has newer 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Note II has Android 4.1 version, providing some nice extra features and performance optimizations. The Samsung Galaxy S5 is a newer phone, and it is also thinner and somewhat lighter than Galaxy Note II.

Samsung Galaxy S5 counts with a much better display than Galaxy Note II, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot greater display pixel density and a lot better 1920 x 1440 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy S5 counts with just a bit bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note II, and although they both have the same 16 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy S5 also has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB.

Samsung Galaxy S5 has just a bit better processing power than Galaxy Note II, although it has a slower 500 MHz GPU, they both have a Quad-Core CPU and a 2 GB RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Note II counts with just a bit longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has a 3100mAh battery size.

The Galaxy S5 captures greater videos and photos than Galaxy Note II, because it has a much higher video definition and a way better resolution back-facing camera.

Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, the Galaxy S5 is also cheaper.
