The Samsung Galaxy S III is a bit better than Galaxy Note II, with a 72.7 score against 71.9. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S III has a more recent 4.3 version and Galaxy Note II has Android 4.1, so it gives you lots of additional features. The Samsung Galaxy S III construction is much lighter and just a little thinner than the Galaxy Note II, even when both of them were released only 5 months apart.
